I had chosen to hand draft my M.I.T.E.S. project because I felt it would be more challenging than drafting it on AutoCAD.

Romeo M.I.T.E.S. 2016:
I submitted a mechanical design for last years MITES competition, and was inspired to design something aesthetically pleasing in three dimensions for this year's competition. Throughout this past fall, winter and spring I attended Gm's You make a difference automotive sketching design course. I gained many skills and techniques from this course. Upon completing the 22 week YMAD semester, my interest in designing a new vehicle for MITES was strengthened I began with a sports car ideea, which then developed into a hatch back design i was designing this car for several weeks, when My Mechanical design teacher Mrs. Dossing, informed our class of the Macomb Defense Expo held in late april. I seized on this opportunity to explore designing my very own militarized vehicle which would be a stylized improvement to the current humvee, as seen in my final designs my military vehicles incorporates a wide truck bed to carry more troops and has numerous compartments for equipment storage. The large wheels would make transportation for troops safer and smoother over hazardous terrain.
